Dilip Padalkar , is the Managing Director of the IndiSoft Tech group. He is the global CEO of the organization. His purpose
is to make IndiSoft Tech "a
company the industry admires", be it customers, people, shareholders or industry
peers. He drives the organization's business strategy.
Dilip conceptualized IndiSoft Tech in 2005
and brought all the partners & investors together to build the
organization. He developed the vision and the operating framework of
IndiSoft Tech to grow as a highly innovative & competitive
software house focused to serving global financial enterprises and be known
for its People Partnership culture. He has led the growth of the company
across multiple geographies building long term relationships with blue chip
clients. Dilip manages the corporate functions of the company through the
heads of HR, Finance and Corporate Communication.
He is responsible for global Business Performance,
Brand Management and maintaining Organization Culture. Dilip carries with
him rich experience of 13 years in the IT industry with the last 5 years
devoted to E-Commerce Solutions business. He has worked with several global
scale companies with a rapid career growth in Development, Marketing and
Corporate Roles. Dilip is an Engineering graduate from IIT Powai,Mumbai
, India.
Shrawan Kumar - (Marketing Director)
Shrawan Kumar, is the Marketing Director of the IndiSoft Tech group.
Shrawan is an engineering graduate with 4 years of
experience in programming and marketing consultant . As a marketing
consultant he has achieved all the set targets.
He has carried out roles of marketing, sales,
alliances & channels, project management and IT consulting. Shrawan
Manages the all global Business and Management.
